  • No. Heritage Metabolic Health focuses on sustainable metabolic health and long‑term lifestyle change rather than crash dieting.

  • No. Medications are dispensed through licensed pharmacies and billed separately.

  • After your consultation and medical approval: 1. Your prescription will be sent to a partner pharmacy. 2. The pharmacy will contact you for payment. 3. Medication is shipped directly to your home.

  • Yes. Nutrition education is a core part of the program. Patients receive guidance on protein intake, whole foods, metabolic nutrition, and sustainable eating habits.

  • Most patients will have three telehealth calls per month; Two with your FNP and one with a nutrition partner.
