All services are provided through secure telehealth visits for Texas residents.

The initial consultation at Heritage Metabolic Health is a comprehensive medical evaluation designed to assess your metabolic health, weight history, lifestyle factors, and overall readiness for a medically guided weight loss program.

This visit allows your provider to develop a personalized treatment plan focused on sustainable weight loss, metabolic health, and long-term wellness.

The consultation is conducted through a secure telehealth visit and typically lasts 30-45 minutes.

The Heritage Metabolic Health Monthly Membership provides ongoing medical supervision, metabolic guidance, and personalized support for patients participating in the clinic’s medical weight management program.

Weight loss and metabolic healing require consistent medical oversight, accountability, and lifestyle guidance. The monthly membership allows patients to receive continuous support from their provider while following a structured metabolic health plan.

The Initial Consultation includes the first monthly membership fee and services.

The monthly membership includes two calls with your provider and one nutrition call as well as prescription if indicated.

Medication Costs are not included and are paid separately to the dispensing pharmacy


Ongoing Medical Supervision

Patients receive continued oversight from a Family Nurse Practitioner to ensure safe and effective progress throughout their metabolic health journey.

Medical supervision includes:

  • Monitoring medication response

  • Evaluating side effects or adverse reactions

  • Adjusting treatment plans when necessary

  • Ensuring safe dosing and titrations of medications

  • Ongoing assessment of metabolic health markers

  • Address patient specific challenges or barriers

  • Provide continued education and guidance

Nutrition and Lifestyle Guidance

Sustainable metabolic health requires addressing lifestyle factors beyond medication. Nutrition education is provided by the Family Nurse Practitioner in collaboration with a professional holding a Master’s degree in Nutrition.

Members receive guidance on:

  • Protein intake and metabolic nutrition

  • Healthy meal structure

  • Blood sugar stabilization

  • Portion Awareness

  • Sustainable eating patterns

  • Lifestyle habits that support metabolic health
